I am just saying olive oil is an excellent part of any daily diet. NOT EXCESS AMOUNTS EITHER. You can't deny the great
properties of it thought like lowering your LDL and raising your HDL and also helps protect the arteries from plaque build up and
therefore helps in preventing heart disease. Many studies and stats have been done on this and in the Mediterranean region the mortality rate
due to heart disease is much lower than the the US and other countries because of their high mono-unsaturated intake.
I usually grill or bake my chicken with no oil. I love to saute with a little olive oil and garlic with some of my sea food choices though.
