    Agree with both, a.i is way too high, pct is too high and most likely give sides, pct start time is off, im not a fan of 10 week test e, 10kgs of lbm after pct you muct be dreaming, you have no base and by current stats i think a cycle would be a waste of gear

    post your current diet in nutrition section, let the guys there sort it out, run that for 12 months minimum and see where your at then mabey consider aas

    guys forget the 10kgs, it a pipe dream, just something i want to eventually "AIM" for, and nothing to do with getting my cycle in check.

    i already have sorted out my diet, im 40 so lean gains are hard without aas, im not keen on putting on massive amounts of fat to reach a target so i have to lose it again, i see alot of guys with 25% body fat starting cycles and they woul have nowhere near the lean muscle im carrying. The whole point of embarking on a bulking cycle is so i can bulk , hence the reason i started this thread. If i could have done so with food and training i already would have.

    im 5 foot 11 and as of this morning 174lbs, mere months away from reaching 185lbs as stated previously

    i will be starting a cycle eventually- i just wanted to make sure i have all bases covered so i dont damage my endocrine system etc.

    as far as the "your'e not eating right- get your diet in sorted out "responses-- well why do you all take steroids for? maybe you should review your own diets and not take any gear??

    no offence to all posters- but i wasnt asking for permission - just advice

    not wanting to upset anyone- hope i havent.

    that just shows your clueless and your in no posistion to advise anybody to check their own diet when you clearly dont even understand the concept of sport/bodybuilding nutrition

    and for the first comment in bold, do you think steroids are magic and will turn you into a bodybuilder and you just eat what you like?

    how you going to grow without food? food can only take you so far hence need for steroids, thats a blanketstatement there is also many other factors which i cant be bothered to discuss with you now after your arrogance

    you still havnt got the food right hence 5'11 174lbs at 16%, your trying to get a r1 before you can cycle a pushbike
