guys forget the 10kgs, it a pipe dream, just something i want to eventually "AIM" for, and nothing to do with getting my cycle in check.
i already have sorted out my diet, im 40 so lean gains are hard without aas, im not keen on putting on massive amounts of fat to reach a target so i have to lose it again, i see alot of guys with 25% body fat starting cycles and they woul have nowhere near the lean muscle im carrying. The whole point of embarking on a bulking cycle is so i can bulk , hence the reason i started this thread. If i could have done so with food and training i already would have.
im 5 foot 11 and as of this morning 174lbs, mere months away from reaching 185lbs as stated previously
i will be starting a cycle eventually- i just wanted to make sure i have all bases covered so i dont damage my endocrine system etc.
as far as the "your'e not eating right- get your diet in sorted out "responses-- well why do you all take steroids for? maybe you should review your own diets and not take any gear??
