even going by those numbers on a 200lb person. the 10% difference is only 20lbs.and that is the max range. Not the 60lbs you were claiming before.
If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

sorry you claimed 30lbs. that 1.5 the max range for the numbers you gave. And the 20lb difference is if you have the lowest level of bone mass and everyone you are fighting has the highest range. Your trying to use extreme numbers to validate your claims

I am on the lowest range you can be and every one I fight seems to have a much larger then average frame, mabey why they fight, its actually really embarrassing, even most girls have bigger hands then me lol but my dad was the same and he went really far IMO so w/e's

if you really want big bones- start doing weights- and you muscle density will improve- and then you might start thickening your bones- say by an additional 240%- everyone wants thick dense bones- take calcium liquid- theres one you can buy from the store thats milk flavoured and powdered water, those two supplements really help in getting thick bones.

Thx, but i don't believe you can make your bone thicker though! wish i did :/, i know that under stress your bones take on microscopic fractures that heal over time but 240% is a bit ridiculous IMO .. i have done research in to this and had asked my Doctor when I was younger and your bones will only grow in leanth from the plates and not in diameter, but the microscopic fractures in theory would ad size to them...
