I love bent over lateral raises. I usually use a cable, but db will work too.
try hitting the rear delts first mate in the program.
u can give them 100% attention cause u are fresh
Bent over reverse flys(DB/Cable), bent over BB row.

If your gym has a life fitness rear deltoid machine, it is outstanding. You can see Kevin Levrone using this machine on You-Tube. He had the best shoulders ever.
have you tried face pull? its a multijoint exercise for rear delt.

If you aren't prioritizing rowing, then you aren't prioritizing rear delts.
Rowing (bentover barbell, t-bar, inclined chest-support dumbbell rowing), facepulls, seated rope rows to sternum.
Toss in some isolated rear delt work (head-supported bent lateral raises) at the end.
