So .5 ml is 100mcg? And one bottle should last four fourteen day cycles? I took 1 ml today for the first dose, am I in trouble?

I think I missed something. In post 3 You said 1 ml was 200 mcg and then in post 5 I think you said 1 ml was 100 mcg. Please clarify, I do not want to die if I can help it
