wake up, bottle of water and a protein shake. Breakfast eggs, chicken, no butters or salts. Snack Greek yogurt and granola mixed in. Lunch. Usually a turkey sandwich footlong with spinach cucumbers cherry tamatoes with American. Snack #2 protein shack 2 dinner chicken or steak with asparagus and broccoli steamed. Throw in some omega 3-6-9 pills and a peanut butter sandwich before bed on wheat bread. What I've done this week. No soda in 3 years.
Well then obviously you've been lifting the wrong way for the last years......Did or did you not ask if you can do a full body workout everyday?? That is by far enough for me to say you don't know about training, most likely diet and definitely not steroids..

Ha ha I'm just having fun with you but seriously man we're telling you the truth. No point right now. Just train natural with a good workout routine (Which you obviously don't have) and a good diet...Later on consider it because if you do it now your not going to get the gains you should plus you could mess yourself up..
