    your body cannot hold gains to a certain point..
    genetic limit is the limit.

    if your body was only made to hold 200 lbs. than anything over that you gain...and PCT you will lose back to 200.

    by keeping test in at a cruise dose after a blast..you can surpass this genetic limit(code) and continue to gain muscle.

    I call BS on this to a point. Lets say I am aiming for 215 pounds. I started at 185, after a few mild cycles with plenty of time in between I get to 215+. I say you can keep that shit up with a solid diet and routine.

    Of course if you are pushing your limits and want to be 225 @ 6%Bf that is a different story.

    i cant stay over 200lbs with out being on a blast. im only 5'6 though
    If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

    So, would staying on a TRT type of dose actually cure this? If you stay on a small weekly dosage do you keep those gains?

    i have to stay at higher then a normal trt dose.

    You really dont get it man....YOU CANNOT KEEP EXTRA MUSCLES ONCE YOU PASS THE GENETIC LIMITS WITH ANY DIET...UNLESS YOU BLAST AND CRUISE!


    To the OP i guess the point of PCT is that if you wanna have your natty test back...though you lose muscles, get stretch marks and have to start over again to be where you were last cycle...

    Bull shit, you can stay a damn decent size naturally without getting juiced for life. I am not saying you are going to be Cutler size or anything but I say you can stay damn solid without being on 24x7.

    my man, not only will you not be able to hold that size with any diet.

    and lets hypothetically say you do hold that weight.

    it will not look the same as when you were on.

    point that brings me next is also..you mention diet.

    diet is a very relevant thing. to the amount of gear you use.

    if you are on only 250mg test EW then of course diet will play a bigger role.

    if you are on over a total of a gram of combined stuff..diet is to a lesser degree.

    your body will never go catabolic with High dosages.

    lets look at TRENBOLONE

    people use tren for CUTS most of the time.

    and when they cut they end up getting BIGGER?
    how on the earth.

    they are on a low calorie diet and growing muscle?

    tren - not matter what the diet is..will use every nutrient it gets and shuttle it towards muscle growth.

    more calories
    less calories
    no calories

    i know people who do cuts and STARVE literally maybe 1500 calories a day.

    of course still keep protein high not crazy high..but 200 will do.

    and they get leaner very quick, and some even gain muscle mass.

    1500 calories a day!
