I'm trying to find one around my area. Seems a lot better than bigger gyms today.

The gym I'm at is an old school gym. started out as a golds back in the early 80's and now is locally owned..It still has a lot of the original equipment and pics of professional bodybuilders, powerlifter, fighters, and locals that have passed through over the years. Its a pretty awesome place. Its what got me into bodybuilding.

I did lift at one back in high school, it was owned by a former bodybuilder and it was a hardcore dungeon gym. It is such a shame because I was too young and naive to appreciate it. I now lift at a retro fitness $32 a month with unlimited tanning.

$80 for 4 months. I'm not sure what classifies as 'old school' but you smell the blood and sweat when you walk in. They supply chalk for you, all old metal weights, 24hour card lock, it's only open for like 5 hours a day otherwise, workout no shoes no shirt whatever you want, also no AC so it's like a 1000 degrees in there or -30 in winter!
