It does work for me. But I guess my question is; if aas' reduce recovery time, am I losing out in possible growth by not doing a body part split? I read in mags all the time about how this Mr. Olympia does a 5-day split with 2 hours each session, or this one does a 6 day split with am and pm sessions each day!!! I know I over train pretty quick with a body part split natural, but should I reconsider if I'm augmenting with aas products?
