But you have to keep repeating yourself over and over again. All the cool kids are doing it.

I'm in a 2,500 to 3,000 diet. Yeah that's me in the picture. I'm naturally skinny I will lose weight fast if I don't maintain my diet. I'm in the best shape of my life yet when I go to train I sometimes can't train as hard as I would want to and I feel that everytime I go my endurance is less and less. Ej: When I first began I could hit the sack for 10 rounds, now I barely get to 8. I'm frustrated that no matter how hard I train I feel weaker and worst I'm getting real sore the day after every workout. I don't know whats wrong. I'm eating good, taking my proteins and all round vitamins. Btw I'm fighting at 154. I make weight real easy tho. I sweat 4-5 pounds everytime I finish my workouts. So what do you guys recomend?

I also take alot of supplements to aid in training. Do you take any? Whats your water intake? Right off my head, I kind of think thats on the low low end for calories.

Are you sure your not over training? Are you giving your body enough rest?
