This should be a liitle better and more sensitive (less rude) than my other dumb aas post!
It seems as if there are alot of questions that guys have about boob jobs like cost, procedure options, healing time, how to talk the wife/gf in to it or out of it.
I am sure there are alot of guys with questions and alot here with experience to offer answers to those questions.

Here's my story....
My wife has always had perky A cup boobs which I did not mind one bit. One year for mothers day I purchased laser corrective eye surgery for her. When I surprised her with the gift I said it's this or boobs. To my surprise, even thogh we had always joked about it she said the eyes but she wants the boobs to. Well who the hell am I to say now to that.
After kicking it around for a year or so we went to a plastic surgeon. He was not making either one of us comfortable and seemed mostly interested nin how big we could go (men). We searched somemore and found a women plastic surgeon. Now mind you we live in a small area so it's not like there are tons to choose from. This women was wonderful. My wife was set on a nice set of round C cup implants. Everytime we spoke of the C cups the surgeon would end with "or a D" lol.
We decided on an under the muscle procedure going through the nipple using saline. This decision was made because of things like scars and skin tone, feel, and safety. The surgeon gave us/me homework to do. She said find pics of breasts that you like, bring them in and I will do my best to match them. What a horrible assignment
The day of surgery arrived and we came prepared with several internet pics if tits we liked. As the anesthesia kicked in my wife was having her last conversation with the doc before they wheeled her away. It went something to this affect. "Remember I want a nice round porn star C cup" Doc: "yep or D" lol and off they went.
Skip ahead to after we get home. The new girls are all wrapped up and so the next day we get the first unvailing. HOLY MOTHER OF TITS! They were huge!! We thougfht now what? Can she fix em. Didn't she listen? We only wanted C's. These are more like double E's. skip ahead again a few days when the swelling starts to go down. Whew,..that was close!
Now mind you I have never really been a boob man (or so I thought). That's until I had some damn nice ones to look at and play with, Looks like I am a bit of a boob man after all. Cost for us approx. $8000 (lot's of variables determine price) and well worth every penny.

my wife when i meet her had face c's. They were saline.
She wanted to get new ones. I didnt think she needed them. She went to a d cup with silicone. Her's are under the muscle.
The surgery was around 11k

Total was $8000 but to be honest that included a cpl other things too. Boob job alone was $6000. The Dr. you choose plays a big part but the biggest factor in price is geography. If you live somewhere like Cali or Florida or Ny it will cost alot more.

was dating a polish girl. She had perfect real 36 c's. She wanted bigger because she was 5'9 and thought they were small for her frame. I always told her she didnt need them. So she went to Poland to visit family for 2 months. We would talk or atleast text every day. So a few days go by and i dont hear from her and she isnt responding back to text messages. Si i sent her one that i was worried about her to contact me. so she calls 5 mins later. She says she is in the hospital. So i get worried and she goes i wanted to surprise you. I got my boobs done. Most common seems to be under the breast leaving a nasty scar, under the arm pit and even through the belly button are optoins although my understanding is not many like the belly button methed as it is much more difficult. We chose the nipple. They creat a small cut that floows the line where the areola meets breast so that the scar is hidden by the skin color changes. The wife has a great olive tone so they are noit noticable at all.

I like real myself and unless something damaging happend to my other half that lead to deformation or loss of breast i would pay or help with it, just because she feelts she needs it or want it.... i would not pay one cent for it.
if pays and she gets it, ill deal with it.
just be who you be and work with what you have.
to each his own, for me i would not want her to put her body through that (iv watched i be done in more then one style) and would not want to reinforce that she is not perfect, by paying for them and getting them.
just me though.

My wife had hers done 8 years ago before I met her......which means she may need to have them removed and redone in a few more years. She went through the belly button for the implant so there is no scar. She's Asian, standing 5'4, 109lbs, 34C.
I was never a boob guy.....until I met her. Now I go to sleep every night holding her amazing breasts and don't get out of bed in the morning until I've given them a few rubs and squeezes. I love her boobies!!!!!

I wouldn't get any more satisfaction playing with huge fake tits than I would playing with small real tits...

Maybe that is because the GOOD fake boobs you have seen you assumed were real. My wife's are large, but look and feel natural. I prefer them to real. There is no sag or weird shape issues.

Don't be fooled by cup sizes:
The doctor we chose had my wife put different sized implants in a sports bra under a few tops that she brought from home (t-shirt, button up, sweater) so she could see how they will look. Nobody EVER mentioned a cup size. My wife chose a size that worked well with her body.
After the swelling goes down (and I mean like five or six weeks later) we go to get new bras. If you have a Nordstom nearby, go there. They are famous for their trained staff and big selection of larger sizes.
My wife tries on a D and it just doesn't fit right. It isn't covering the way it should and my wife just doesn't understand...because a D is big and means something in women's minds. She gets some DDs and starts crying, because she doesn't want to be a DD - that is porn-girl big in her mind. DESPITE THE FACT THAT SHE ABSOLUTELY THINKS HER NEW BOOBS ARE PERFECT, she is caught up on these stupid little letters.
She has a meltdown when the DDs don't fit right and we go to get help from staff. They get her measured and she is a 28 G. They don't have 28s that she likes so they move her to a 30 DDD (which is an F). Everything fits well and she gets a million dollars worth of bras.
My wife's chest is not huuuuge like it sounds - every body is different and throwing around cup sizes is almost irrelevant. All that matters is the volume she chooses based on how they look. Who knows what you will end up with if a woman goes in and just says the want a C or a D.

I agree, cup size is not the only thing to consider. My wife is a 34DD or a 36 D and where you get the bra's changes everything. There is actually a whole diff. measuring standard for Victoria Secret

Mine too. Apparently massaging them a few minutes a day for several months after they heal will make the implant softer and more natural. I couldn't believe my wife's were fake when she told me. If you squeeze hard enough and at certain angles you can feel the implant but they do feel surprisingly natural!!!!

The great benifit of under he muscle is that you are still feeling natural breast tissue but the size and shape is enhanced.
We totally set out for C's but we are soooo happy we had a great surgeon who knows what fits best with a womans body. The wife is broad (like a female linebacker) so big was good but not so big that they just looked bad.
