Well I dont think you should necessarily be commended for "calling out a sponsor" (or anyone for that matter) when as has been mentioned there are other factors that could be causing this issue.
Also as I mentioned you are the only person that has made such a "call out" on these products. Also as I pointed out 60% of unsatisfied customers would do so and only 10 % of satisfied customers would commend. I see alot of praise here for arr.
To think that all the people using these serms are so inexperienced and ignorant as to not know if they are doing what they are supposed too or mimicking previous pcts is pretty nearsighted as well imo.
This is starting to look like more of a personal issue than it is a request for a solution to your problem. I think you need to get past it (thats really the only responsible thing to do given you dont know) and looks towords how to fix this. Also take a good hard look at what i stated about the products and peoples responses too them and from an unbiased point of view realize this may very well not be the cause of your issue.
