I have blood work from a month before I decided to do this cycle, that showed I was back to normal range from the cycle before. I dont mess around, kinda ocd, as you can see from my before pics, I got to there 100% natty ive been weight training for 14 years now, I hit a plateau and wanna smash it! But my goal is def NOT bodybuilding. I grapple and kickbox, too much muscle is not beneficial, just love pushing myself.
Keeping track of your progress is VITAL to success.. it motivates you, when you see hard proof that you are improving.
