    Have you heard about slow fasted cardio? really slow jog or brisk walk (the fat burning zone) only works fasted tho first thing in the morning.

    Trying to fast for 14-16 hours first few meals try to keep high protein and last meal carbs, i believe controlling carbs for me is good to lose weight. I hate cardio like machines, i rather do boxing or martial arts but that will be in a year or so.
