I've tried intermittent fasting (leangains) I had alot of success with it, I lost a shit load of weight. Yeah fasted cardio is good, but im the same cardio machines are a bore unless have one in your living room so you can watch TV while you train lol I like to go for a 30 min jog around the streets near where I live when I first wake up (hardcore lol).Originally Posted by yannick35
