Yeah fasted cardio is good, but im the same cardio machines are a bore unless have one in your living room so you can watch TV while you train lol I like to go for a 30 min jog around the streets near where I live when I first wake up (hardcore lol).

    It takes about a week for the body to adapt but its well worth it, fasting does have some amazing properties, sugar cravings are gone and at some point you forget to eat and are almost never hungry. For cardio i got the bas rutten training cd i really enjoy the boxing 7 rounds of 3 minutes with 1 minute rest. But like many people on here said f** the scale mirror says it best.

    Also i know that to get back down to 190 say i will have to eat like a bird and nearly kill myself. If i can work with what i have at 215-220 then be it
