Again 99% of people on here ARE NOT at there limit. So yes you should be able to keep and hold gains. Fat loss and muscle gains.
I'm no aas vet, but 22yrs training and a sport science degree tells me all I need to know about training and the 3rd rate muscle aas builds. I'm getn off this subject because it's becoming an annoying game of tennis.

And btw, plenty of exp guys here will agree with me on diminishing gains from steroids

What exp guys on here? Again if you are not at your limit, there is no reason you cant keep most of the gains you make from cycle/cycling. Yes gains will slow, because yet again you are getting closer to natty limits.

And on a funny note everyone. I have a very close friend who uses gear. Hes 6'0 and he started at 110lbs @2.6BF% "yes thats correct on bf%" and has since made it all the way up to 250lbs now. He holds that weight give or take 5-10lbs now. For thos that feel you cant keep gains and make hugh jumps in weight. diet, training, and of course genetics play roles in this.

P.S. his diet sucks really. Eats whatever he wants whenever he wants. Damn genetics...

Surely he's not below ten percent body fat and shredded? Your metabolism will catch up to you with age if you constantly have a shit diet.

My guess would be around 12%BF now year round. He has abs still, even with the amount of food he eats.

Dec11 i check your cycle and you used dbol which causes a lot of water retention, last year when i did my awful cycle 20 weeks i went from 217 to 261 to fix my back, deca masteron test E 200mg per week no AI, yeah talk about crap. After the cycle i had gained a lot of water and fat, but still i got back down to 242. Fat yes but still natrually the most i weighted was 225 or so. At some point i held on to some bodyweight, of course not all muscle, fat for sure but still stayed big.

I met my current medical doctor who uses steroids too and he gave me a proper PCT, but still i was not even training and it took me hell to lose all the weight. I am wondering if a longer cycle with low dosage would be better then a smaller cycle with high dosage.

I mean a cycle with dosage like 200mg per week for 16-20 weeks taking time to build the muscles, and also strength.

Someone who goes on cycle and gains a huge amount of strength after cycle its sure that this new gained strength will be lost and might be another reason why people lose gains.

I am just assuming here because has of now all my cycles have been crap, this is why i am planning my new cycle carefully.
