I dont want to sound lazy but I aint in it for cardio... I took this way of life, & please believe me I am committed & addicted, to get me out of a deadly downward spiral in which I was heading & i will never look back but cardio isnt something I feel I could or would want to do... I came on hear as I would like to have some knowledge info so that I could get to where I want to be, in maybe 6 months/ a year, without the cardio, certainly not 10 miles... I admire you for doing that but it aint me but saying that my cardio has always been above par since my high school long distance running & cross country.

My diet is pretty good, If anything i just dont have time to eat more due to work but its full of everything from chicken to brocolli from flax seed oil to coconut oil from pumpkin seeds to peanut butter...

I just wondered if the mixture of Tren & var would help get the results I want & what i should take as well/instead.

All your answers are above. Regarding eating enough, if you don't no amount of aas will help you gain muscle and you will seriously be wasting money and risking your health. If it was just how much people injected, etc then we'd all be Arnold.

Good luck with the path you choose Garth!

Cheers... Eating enough is 1st on my list, I am 99.9% there, its just sometimes I might miss a window but will make it up with a shake &/or move my window till a little later on... Work is just a necessary evil but I am doin all I can... & more than most for that matter who I see doing (annoyingly) well on the cycles.

Thanks for the advice though & if you have any advice on what to take to get the gains & im after when I do decide to do it (in a bout 6/9months) with amounts it'd be well received.

    Cheers

Read the stickies posted around here, those will help you out immensely.

Some helpful info is to get the idea of using tren and var for a first cycle. You can add in the tren after you gain some experience by having a good few cycles under your belt.

A first cycle should be just test with the proper protocols ( AI with a proper PCT, HCG)

Also, I'm sure you heard this before, but working out is a marathon not a sprint.

Before you consider a cycle, you want to have your diet and training spot on. You are just wasting your time and money otherwise.

A lot of people don't do a single bit of cardio when they cut, mostly due to it being catabolic. It's as simple as consuming less calories than you burn, a calorie deficit. Sure cardio might help you burn more calories, but it also tears away at hard earned muscle. But if your diet is in check, there really isn't a reason to do cardio other than the way it benefits your heart.

Thank goodness for that... I work hard doing FST-7 style training and that really burns the calories & I also have been told that too much cardio can ruin gains, but again I am not stating this as a fact just what i have heard.

My diet is pretty dam good & only gets better...
