Honestly just sounds dangerous to me. I used to cramp so bad when I was on creatine even when I did drink enough

Not really the direction i was headding TR. I do understand that drinking more water, usually, is best for losing sub Q water as it singnals the body to release any water stores that its hanging onto.
I read an article the otherday, whilst doing more research on Creatine; It stated that if you didnt consume enough water, the creatine would draw water into the muscle from other areas of the body inc: Organs and Skin. So i was just interested to see if creatine could be used in such a way to reduce sub Q water. Not planning on doing this as it is obviously it would be dangerous and put some serious stress on you kidneys, not to mention the fact that the water would probably return as soon as you hydrated again, but i was interested none the less.
True.
