I assume you're looking to rid of subc fluid for competition purposes? If thats the case a good diuretic (I used taraxatone for my comp) and manipulating your water intake is going to the best (again, just in my experience) way of ridding pesky subc fluid.

    Im definately not preparing for a competition lol.
    Im sitting at about 14% BF. The strange thing is i have got this F****** water retention over 70% of my body. Its down the sides of my calves, All over my thys and hammy's, over my abs and even through some parts of my arms. I can feel that its not fat, its very hard and watery looking and when i squeez my skin together it looks all cratered, like cellulite looking. Im convinced its not fat because im not storing fat in the areas that get fat, my skin is relitively tight in the areas where there is no water. Im currently sitting at 104kg and the last time i was at this weight i was shredded. I went on a creatine/dirty carb binge for like 3 months and then cut both out to a high protein diet for 6 weeks and lost 6kg. Now im left with this s**t all over me. Theres bumps and uneven squishy pockets all over my legs. I might just be imagining things but one of my rectus femoris has a big dent in the top end of it, like some area of my quaricep have retained their size but other areas have shrunk down crazy?? but in a really uneven way??... like its burst or something.... its doing my head in..

    Iv tried everything imaginable to get rid of it apart from AAS or T3 etc. Im taking a trip to a naturopath shortly to see if she knows what i can do. i am swinging towards a kidney/liver/thyroid problem brought on by something.. I also discovered that my pre-workout has 1g of Creatine Mono in it so i have dropped it today - Not sure if that would have been the cause?

    Interesting. The only time thats happened to me is after my show when i went on a shit binge LOL, but I was back to 'normal' after a few days. I dont thinkg 1g of creatine mono would cause bloating, speaking from experience, but again everyones different--although if I were a betting man I would say no.

    Maybe trying to manipulate your h20 intake could help?

    Lol sweet.. Ive tried drinking 6ltrs+ per day with no result.. Do you think dehydration could be effective? If so for how long?

    I dont know anything about dehydration but ill detail my waterloading technique I used for my show(show was on a saturday)

    Sat 3gal, Sun 3gal, Monday 3gal, tues 3gal, wed 3gal, thurs 4-5gal, friday none, sat sparingly--I weighed 193lbs on Thursday night and 181lbs the morning of the show, putting a loss of 12lbs over the ~24hr period--and came in bone dry.

    Your body functions on a negative feedback loop for water retention--the more water you intake, the less your body will produce the hormone for water retention. Inversely the less water you intake, the greater the amount of water retention hormone your body will produce.

    Just my thoughts
