Hey people, I'm enjoying this threadlots of good information I'm learning!
I'm in a similar position with regards to this being my first cycle but in all honesty I'm just going for aesthetics rather than performance based results.
I'm trying deca only for 10 weeks and it's only 100mg too, is this too low to see results? My diets clean but not perfect and I'm consistent in the gym.
Advice would be greatly appreciated
