Wow, i'm amazed at what i'm reading here. I am probably going to try either IF or ADF a month or two after I finish my carb cycle.

obviously when i eat high carbs (which is only in a 4 hr window BTW) i keep fats for the day as low as i can. 350g carbs in 3 meals. usually consisting of:
blueberry oat pancakes
strawberry and banana oat pancakes
2 sandwiches (which im living cuz i never got bread before)
capn crunch peanut butter
whole wheat pasta
oatmeal with brown sugar and banana
So then it's okay to not eat completely clean on your reload?
