    I could see that. My shoulder is to messed up to bench as well, but once it's corrected i'll never use a bar for pretty much any exercise. It doesn't allow the shoulder to move correctly, and the shoulder is such an intricate part of the body and can be so weak. I definitely agree with anyone who does, or suggests working the rotator cuff.

    Have you tried the one arm db upright rows? Most that have shoulder problems can get away with this exercise w/ little to no pain.
