    closer top and outter
    (for me anyway)

    just try it, youll feel it

    as for inner towards knee, the wide leg press try a high foot placement, see what you can feel. I always notice if i think if the part im trying to hit in my head i get a better outcome, kinda mentally forcing pressure to that area

    also when you do leg extentions, at the top of the extent i point toes in to hit outter quad, point them out for inner... just try it sitting in your chair...

    Yes, the lower your feet are on the leg press platform the more quad recruitment (higher = hams).

    I think you would feel it more in your quads with a low foot placement...good advice on the leg extensions!
