1&2-The extra weight is probably to blame here.
3- You should get your cardio up to 40+ mins because you dont really start burning fat till about 20+mins. Also 7 mins would be more of a warm up to get blood flowing before wo.
4-It will help with belly fat and get stamina up
5-Drop your current bfast its nothing but sugar and fat. Eggs, egg whites, turkey bacon, oatmeal, MAYBE a little fruit (1/4 cup of berries in your oats) NO JUICE!!

    Thanks, C.!

I'm going to start a "Cardio Log" and work my way to 40 + min of Cardio (I think also heavy barbell squats would help strengthen my lungs and breathing, even though I do not cough at all).

*Anyone else? particularly with a breakfast idea that is clean and easy to make?

Im a bit old-fashioned & haven't gotten on egg whites (like lana's egg whites) bandwagon, nor do i want to try it yet. I can make scrambled eggs with NO bacon WHATSOEVER--because I think even turkey bacon has too much fat.

And for oatmeal, it tastes like Warm Mush.

I will leave in the apple cos it does fill my me up and keeps me from overeating at breakfast.

I am On Cycle so with the Testosterone I do get hungry & I know about eating 4-5 small meals every 2.5 hrs.

Any good Bodybuilder's cookbooks that you recommend or anyone else? _______ (I'm not looking for a Male Fitness Model's cookbook.). But a Bodybuilder's Cookbook.

Stuff that's on-line like the Anabolic Cookbook I'm kind of hesitant to try because it can be written by anyone trying to make a buck.

    Thanks for more input...anyone else?

Oh, yeah, If no juice cos it has too much Carbs or Sugar...then--

    How about Glaceau Vitamin Water?

You know the kind that rapper 50 cent used to advertise or sponsor.

Is vit water good for a breakfast drink?
