    jerkey is a good source of protein BUT its LOADED with salt....many reason to limit that from ur diet.

    ur havin roughly two glasses of milk with almost every meal....a lot of milk equals a lot of sugar

    good job with the quitting of smoking btw....

    changing ur diet is a very difficult thing to do but once u start its fairly easy to keep goin....what kinds of meats do u like or u can eat

    To be honest, chicken is about the only quality lean meat I can eat without wanting to gag or throw up, thats what makes things difficult for me when it comes to adding variety. I eat beef jerkey so I can add something a little different. I'm really good at being routine so once I can get going with a good meal plan, I'll be ok. But I'm just not good with nutrition.

    And thanks, so far, I havent smoked in about 5 months now and have been putting that money towards food instead. And for the record, I have already cut the pixy stix out based on the reactions I have gotten so far.
