I wasn't, I was with some girl I met that night at the bar. We were actually leaving the bar to go and continue drinking at her place when my friend stumbled out behind us and decided that he wanted to start calling the women walking in fat pigs and bull dykes; which in turn got the attention of the cops walking by. He got arrested so we went and had a few drinks at the bar next door. Went to the Sheriff's Dept. to go bail him out and they wouldn't release him until he blew under .08 so after sitting in the lobby of the County Jail for 3 hours we got bored. She went up to go to the bathroom and told me to follow her in 2 min after she went in.
