On a serious note, is the pain on each arm or only one? I always try to do a good warm up set of 15-20 reps to prevent any damage, or at least help prevent damage.
Yeah on the smith machine

Both arms, cant straighten them. I did a poor warm up as was in a rush. Ive had it before lasted a week or so but want to try and prevent it.
