It may not be what you want to hear, but diet really is the key to everything! Once you build those good eating habits, the supps will come into play. I've had countless trials from my early days without results...I learned real fast that eating whatever I wanted including Taco Bell at 2 am every night wasn't going to work...I got my diet on track and BOOM, results were there!
