How do you guys do hitt for longer then 20 minutes. I warm up for 3 minutes then fast jog at 7 mph, run at 9, then sprint at 11 or 11.5 forgot where it stops but then finish with a 1 minute cool down. I am absolutely spent

I lost a ton of weight this way but def burned too much muscle

I am starting fasted tomorrow. I am going to try and keep it going to summer. I only planned on doing 45 minutes. Is that enough?

Not saying you directed this at me, but...

I get on the stationary bike and just go from top level(25) and mid level(13-15). I rest a little bit (13-15) and hit it again(25). I can do that for 45 mins. Running would be a total different animal to me. I rode my bike around Lake Tahoe in CA so I can ride a bike. I love it. Maybe I'm more advanced at bike??? Not sure. My bike ride around LT was 5 hours and there were plenty of hills. So 45 on a stationary is not that big a deal.
