    Complicating things way too much here. Just get on a machine and stay on it with a steady HR for 45 minutes, most certainly POST workout.

    Also, my goals are NOT to be huge. Cycling (bike) is huge for me. Extremely important. Being huge would not work.

    45 min?! I can work my entire upper body in 35 and do cardio at the same time!
