    Would it be a bad idea to pin tonight about 3 hours before going to sleep? Im headed to a friends house who is a doc so I thought it would be a good idea for him to do it the first time

    does not really matter on timing. Prop may be a bit painful for a day after injecting so I usually recommend earlier day shots so you can work out the muscle a bit before sleep or it can be more sore in the morning. Some prop is painless so this is not a concern
