    I have been spouting this to skinny guys for ages. "Should I do Incline, Decline and flat flyes??"... it doesnt matter, you have about as much mass as a chicken breast. Get bigger, then worry about isolating your calves/wrists/Obliques!

    in the formative years, most effort shouold be on major compounds and bulking up. no sense in focusing on tricep isolations if shoulders/bis look like string beans!
