Via atomini carnitine blocks the effectiveness of t3 on adipose. Don't remember specifics. Just thought I'd pass it on.

It's true, not enough to be concerned when supplementing both. ... and studies also show that thyroid hormone may increase carnitine synthesis.

heres a question regarding carnitine: ive been on injectable L Carnitine (6000mg per week) for about 4-5months. now ive read it is used to treat heart probs and i have notivced when it seems i am nearing or encroaching on losing my saturation my heart seems to skip beats here and there. i didnt know if it was coincidence or a reaction to the carnitine leaving my system or what?

also once i inject it and re-saturate these symptoms would go away again. its almost like it happens when it is leaving my system, as a sort of withdrawal symptom (if u will). needless to say i have just discontinued it completely as well as the peptides to see if it goes away. its been a couple days since my last injection and i havent had a single skipped beat today.. at its peak i would be it has happened in the upwards of 30x in one 16hr day.. maybe even more..

phew. Now you just sent me researching. I'm also curious. I have an irregular heartbeat, and with or without L carnitine, it remains irregular. However, I am just recently starting to look into injectable since you and Turkish Juicer mentioned it.

Elimination process is usually a good idea, and since yours indicates a relation I tend to believe it. But I will be researching this. But just FYI, an irregular heartbeat is not the disastrous condition that articles along the net make it out to be.

yeh i gathered that.. something about misfiring electrical signals and stuff like that.. saturday it made me cut my cardio short and that was when i decided to discontinue usage.. like i said there is a direct connect with carnitiine and heart treatment.. the reason i discontinued the peps is because if u wiki cjc 1295 at the end of the description there is reference to conjuchem (the company that first started making it) and it said in their test subjects 3 of them died of myocardial infarction..

    CJC-1295
    From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
    Jump to: navigation, search

CJC-1295 is a tetrasubstituted 30-amino acid peptide hormone, primarily functioning as a growth hormone releasing hormone (GHRH) analog. It was invented by ConjuChem, a Canadian biotechnology company.

One of the advantages of CJC-1295 over traditional GHRH or rHGH is its ability to bioconjugate with serum albumin, thus increasing its half-life and therapeutic window. It accomplishes this by using protecting groups around the amino acids of GHRH typically susceptible to enzymatic degradation.

ConjuChem initiated clinical trials for CJC-1295 during the mid-2000s. The objective of the drug was to treat visceral fat deposits in obese AIDS patients, as increased levels of exogenous HGH are presumed to increase lipolysis (fat loss). The trial was ultimately successful for most research subjects, but the drug's marketing stalled when three of the trial's patients suffered a myocardial infarction.

like i said after stopping the sides have not presented themselves in 24hrs. i made it a point yesterday to hit the cardio hard as hell! maintaining 160 BPM for 15mins just to make sure i was ok.. i fig if theres a prob dammit i want it to put me on the floor! otherwise it needs to get gone!

FYI injectable L Carnitine hurts like a MOFO!!! and PIP can keep u from sleeping well, especially if shot into the glute! it does get better with time. also cardio is a little easier and u maintain a lower working heart rate it seems..
