Hey GB, first I'd like to thank you for taking the time to help anyone and everyone here interested in diet and nutrition! Guys like you really keep this forum alive and useful, and it's already helping me achieve my goals.

What i'd like your opinion on is BODY RECOMPOSITION

is this a reality or just a dream? Can one lower bf and maintain body weight? I'd like to cut bf in the near future so I'm not on the famous 5 year bulking plan, but I don't want to drop body weight. I'm currently at the end of a bulk and 175lbs @ 14-16% by estimation. I really don't care to be 8% but a solid 12 would be suitable for my desire. I just don want to dip down into the 160's as it's been hard for me to go up from my start weight of 130 just a couple years ago. I like my new weight and frame, but the little belly fat has to go sooner or later. Any input would be appreciated!
