It's hard to answer your question without knowing your goal. We all want to add muscle and lose fat, so don't tell me that, lol! What is your primary focus? Since you're talking about adding 500 cals, I'd assume adding mass. If so, then 500 calories is a safe bet starting point, although considering a cycle you will almost definitely be able to (safely) add more, probably upwards of another 500... meaning you'd be 'bulking' at somewhere around 4500 calories. Still not insanely high for your stats.
I probably wouldn't add clen/T3 to this cycle... you want to add mass, focus on that. That's just me. I'd add clen/T3 to a cutting cycle, probably clen to PCT as well.
