    Macros are... everything. I'd pay attention to macros more than anything else... if you just ate clean, regardless of how much, you could still get fat if you overate, or conversely eat too little. A well balanced macro profile = a well balanced diet.

    Agree. Macros can make or break your goals.

    How do you suggest I would compute my macros? And what would be best? 60/20/20? 50/30/20? I really have no idea I'm very sorry
