What are you going on about pal? You're telling me I can get all my carbs from milk and I'd be ok? Let's not be silly here... We get that a calorie is a calorie, we're talking about the source of your macros. Not all macronutrients are made equal.

    Mate

Sometimes, when attempting to join a community that has been together, and you are the new guy, sometimes it's better to sit back and assess the lay of the land, than it is to try and shove your weight around, and making statements that show us how little you know.

Sometimes it's better to keep one's mouth closed and keep us guessing at what you know...

....than it is to open one's mouth so that we know how little you do know!

We are all here to learn. But if you keep talking, you are not doing any listening.
