Thjanks, I guess. After the way I keep getting talked to here, I feel like it's not good enough or fast enough.

I agree with Marcus on this, and that's the truth. I'm sorry you didn't like my views on my viewing you pic. So to agree with what was said if you continue on the path that you are on it will happen in time. But not overnight. Now I will also up hold what you didn't like when I said they are not as big as you think. Not to be mean but to be truthful You didn't gain 3 " in 9 months. As was said if you get down to a respectable % BF your arms could loose as much as 2 ". So at 20 % body fat that means you loose 18%. So 18 % of 17" is 3" and that puts you back to 17 " - 3" is 14 " so with a little margin of slack +/- you will be back to 14 + inches. After 9 months it is impossible to gain even 2" on your biceps, hard mass. Ask the other's that exact question can it be done naturally ? So that's my EXPERT OPINION from over 10 yrs in training, ownin a gym and training competitive bodybuilders both men and one woman. She placed 1st in the heavy weight comp, show in South FL back in 89'- 90'. I will find the pic and get the name of the show. And post it when I dig it out.
So please understand that I am a somewhat professional and I wasn't telling you anything but the truth. If it hurt I'm sorry, it wasn't meant to hurt if was to help you, CONSTUCTIVE CRITSISM. That's what the forum is about and not flaming people. ...crazy mike
