    I do this lol weighted dips 1st then straight bar curls on the squat rack followed by close grip bench some ezbar curls, dumbells standard then hammer, rope on cable, skullcrushers done

    Whats more annoying is someone who talks and doesnt workout while holding up a machine or weight thats the worst when i use the squat rack for curls anytime some walks in i ask if they need it cause i can just put the bar on a bench or floor lol

    I am an asshole in the gym to people like that. I will just interrupt them and ask if they are still using the machine/weight, and 90% of the time they will let me work in or leave altogether. If not, it lights a fire under their ass; and they finish their sets quickly. It is the same thing with the people that use two or more machines/weights. Once a person leaves their machine/weight, it becomes fair game for someone else to use.
