I don't think brand would have much to do with it, and any variance that exists would be within the confines of the individual's body, as well as the efficiency of the injection (deep in the muscle vs. subQ).

    Assuming the standard vacuum in a case, wouldn't a proportionate percentage of the compound be released as the ester is metabolized at the rate dictated by the said ester?

    This is my interpretation, but perhaps I am incorrect.
    He's but you mentioned serum levels
    This would depend on brand etc due to exact amount of powder used in each vial

    Some ugl are underdosed some overdosed pharma grade would be best for any experience

    I'm not sure you're understanding my question or if I just worded it poorly. I understand that the dosage and ester will cause a variance. However, I assume it is proportionate. If the half-life causes (hypothetically speaking) a 50% release, on every X number of days, then it would be proportionate - meaning the dose is not of substance.

    i.e.: Test E half life is 14 days, so every 14 days 50% of the existing compound is released;
    Test E, 250mg/mL, 70% of weight is in compound, 1mL injection:

    • Day 14: 87.500mg released,
    • Day 28: 43.750mg released,
    • Day 42: 21.875mg released, etc.

    Now, I understand, this is not how it functions; however, what I am trying to establish is the pattern in which it does function. So that I can calculate how much active compound is in my body.

    Am I making sense? Lol.

    *bump*

    Has anyone got any insight into this? I recall seeing a thread, possibly a year ago, that broke down the numbers in the manner I am referring to. It seems that I just can't find it.

    No problem, brother. I've been having a heck of a time finding it. I know I saw it in a thread on here before, I was just hoping someone would be slightly more familiar with it. The search is on for me, hopefully I'll come across it or someone will be able to direct me to it. I've got some information on another board that may help me in concocting a formula, but nothing too direct just yet.
