I'm trying to work on a spreadsheet in Excel to monitor my serum levels based on injection frequencies. I am curious if there is any documentation on the elevation, peak, and drop of serum levels based upon the ester half lives of various compounds.

Thanks in advance to any help that can be provided; I am sure there is some sort of formula existing, or at the very least something I can conjure up with more information on the rates of rise and decline.
