    You are missing the point OP. clen is not a wonder drug that will make up for a poor diet. Unless you have a basic understanding of diet and how to lose weight for yourself you shouldn't be touching clen. It is a strong compound, are you aware of the potential side effects? 40mcg is not enough to have a thermic effect anyway.

    You will be hungry on a cut. There's no stopping that really, you aren't giving your body as much as it needs to maintain its weight. Get used to it and eat as much broccoli, spinach, celery as you want. Pepperoni sticks? Really?

    Do you lift?

    hahaha, ya pepperoni sticks are great!!! Its something that tastes decent and can hold me over until my main meal. lol. I dont lift much, Im not big on blowing up muscles, not really into the schene. Just want to lose the extra weight ive gained. The last thing I want to do is change my life. I enjoy eating out, or having a BBQ or eating fast food once in a while, im not looking to eat like a bird for the rest of my life. But I realize its necessary to do so to get on track with a diet.

    I only want to lift to get the appropriate strength to burn calories faster. If that makes sense...I dont want to get more muscle, i want that beach body i used to have years ago before my metabolism hit a wall.

    And I realize clen isnt a miracle drug, but I figure that cutting down my calories to 2500 a day with decent food and light work outs with light weights in the morning and a cardio at night along with the clen should make me lose quite a bit of weight pretty fast, no?

    Like I said, ive never been into the diet, workout, lifting schene...but i realize now I cant just do nothing anymore and keep fit. Im gonna have to work at it with my age. On another note, I took 2 X 20mcg pills today at 9:30 am and 2 more at 3:00pm. Gonna do a half hour cardio now. Hoping im on the right track!

    I've also just quit smoking so thats another obstacle I have to hurdle with the metabolism hit. fml

    YOu're not gonna "blow up" by lifting weights. every fitness model that has a killer "beach body" lifts weights.

    80% diet
    20% exercise

    You don't get the beach body eating junk sorry to bust your bubble.

    Wow, im quite certain im aware that eating junk food doesnt GET you a beach body. Not sure what your talking about with your conclusion. All i said was that growing up I could maintain that level and do nothing but ordinary activities...now all that good fortune is gone. I can do without the negative "SMH" responses. I was merely giving an honest assessment of my diet and training habits before and after my "diet day" which was yesterday. And I said I wouldnt do a full 180 day 1 of my diet, i'd slowly try to transform. I have much more chance of building a postive habbit that way.

    Side note for my own awareness. Does anyone know how many calories clenbuterol will burn while that person is idle...compared to the calories burned from a person that is very active? Very curious about this.

    an example is: 2 grown men with identical biological and physical makeup are taking identical doses of clen for the same amount of time. Both have the same diet. Say both are taking 120mcg daily. Man 1 is lazy and idle. Man 2 is doing an average workout daily while on the pills. how many more calories will the active man burn over the idle guy per day? Now throw in man 3 who is extremely active... what is the drop off in results from man 3 to man 1? Is it as easy as this or is there much more science involved??
