So I've aways been a pretty thin guy growing up. Could eat whatever I wanted without worrying about gaining a lb. But like everyone warned me my metabolism came to a screeching halt and im a good 20 lbs overweight now. Im 6' 220 lbs. Id actually like to be under 200 if possible. Now i've been in the army for about 6 years so that helped keep my weight down, but recently moved positions to a new low key office job and the weight is coming rapidly.

So I got clenbuterol from a friend at work. Irresponsibly I took this stuff without researching. He said take for 2 weeks on then 1 week off until all 80 pills were gone. I started with 1 pill a day. (20mcg pills)

I took 1 pill a day for a week...worked out cardio every day, noticed nothing so quit. Took a week off, then decided id try them again for a week. Nothing. Took a week off and then a week on again. Obviusly totally butchering the cycle. Now im fed up with the weight gain so im kicking myself in the ass to take the remainder of the pills properly and get more and treat them the way they should be treated.

So I've been taking 1 in the morning and 1 after lunch when I do take these pills...I want to start my "real" cycle today but Im guessing after reading up on the subject that 2 pills a day wont help me. My side affects are minimal as is. I get shaky hands thats about it. So my question is:

With the remaining 40 or so pills how should I be kicking the dosage up? I realize that my body reaction is key, but if my body is reacting well should I be doing:

2 at breakfast, 2 at 10am, 2 at lunch? seems like a lot of pills.
But is this what I should be working up to?

Any help and advice would be much appreciated. I have also decided to keep my daily caloric intake to 2500. My cardio burns about 400 calories per day and I do minimal weight lifting 3 times a week of very light weight and high reps. Thanks guys. Any advice you guys have on shredding weight im all ears!
