Yeah, I read your comments about cardio. Jumping straight into 60 mins is a baptism of fire though. Having said that, I've been following Marcus' advice and not eating less but doing more cardio to create a fat burning effect (not a deficit because I'm bulking) and I have to say it works for me. 350 cals from cardio after every lifting session.

Well I'm going to start with low intensity. Just walking at like 3mph for an hour. The gradually pick up the incline then speed. I've walked at 3mph on a 15degree incline for 45 minutes a d it wasn't that bad. So I'm pretty sure I can handle it. Only thing is I'll b in an extreme deficit and thinking if going back to ketosis. It worked pretty well at limiting bf accumulation while bulking. Been reading books on it, all the pathways and such. Plus talked to a couple contest prep ppl that swear by it.

I'm aiming for the last one here in Texas this year. Mid November. Been talking to a few contest prep coaches. I'm just a bit skeptical cause I got this trip to cancun sprung on me and my wife wants to take the kids to Disneyland at the beginning of August. So idk. Thinking of hiring a contest prep guy and just setting up a "mock" show to familiarize myself with the process and work out kinks. Then try and hit the season next year. Damn life gets in the way lol
