I'm reading Lyle McDonald's book ketogenic diet or something like that right now. He does a good job of explaining the adaptations that place how snd why it occurs in easy to understand English lol he doesn't use too much technical jargon. And after every charger he sites the studies he got his info from which I like. They contain a lot of good info too. Other then that I've skimmed a few medical journals and articles. That weren't as good.
