    I putting in an order for L-Citruline. What's a good daily dose to take? And should I get some L-Argenine too?

    Get Citrulline Malate. You can do arginine, too, but citrulline converts to arginine anyway. 3 grams a day is plenty to dilate vessels and do its thing.

    I've had success with both. Couldn't really tell a difference. Powders though, lower any chances of fillers. NOW products are a good brand if you go with capsules.
