    Rolaxifene is what I would go with, IMHO...it is the best serm for addressing gyno and since you seem to have caught this relatively early you should see some good results. 60mg ed would be a good starting point. Monitor and adjust accordingly.

    Thank you so much man. My main question too is whether or not I need an AI or something else along with Rolax?

    No, just stick with rolax.

    No estro rebound from using a serm bro as it only competes for the receptor and doesn't reduce circulating estro
