Here's some things that I do for grip/forearm/bi's
Grip:
1. I do everything with my fat gripz. pullups, rows, shrugs, etc...
2. hold a 16lb pound shotput (palm facing floor)
3. Eagle Loops - These are from Iron minds, and designed for finger pullups.
4. hand grippers.
Forearm:
1. Mainly I i do alot of wrist curls from all angles.
2. Also i do wrist rolls with a 3" pvc and weights hanging
3. Plus, when you use your fat grips, the forearms will get stronger.
Biceps:
1. Fat grips on everything.
2. hammer curls, and palm up curls on the preacher bench (Single hand)
3. Fat grips on the rope, and do curls
4. Plate curls will hurt like hell, but give it a shot!
