    2. hammer curls, and palm up curls on the preacher bench (Single hand)
    3. Fat grips on the rope, and do curls
    4. Plate curls will hurt like hell, but give it a shot!

    Here's just a few things i do, that help me with armwrestling.
    I like to let my grip open right up on the palm up wrist curls. Really gets your grip going. Forces a stretch too.

    True, but it's hard for my tiny ass hands to do when I already have that 2.75" fat grip on there. lol
