You have to warm up for your days off? lol. You take your days off way to serious!

Sunday had an every other week comment. What does that mean exactly?

I don't mean cardio on my days off, my bad haha.

And I mean every other week because the muscles that I would be training don't exactly need a tremendous amount of work do they? It's just an extra bit of help without making it to much, also I won't lie, I only have a life outside of work when I go to the gym

I would either remove your arm workout from shoulder day or tri from chest day and bi from back day.

That's too much arm work in my opinion

So every second week you hit your arms directly 3 times, plus indirectly though chest and back compund movements etc???

    Agreed.

Although it may help us to critique if you (the original poster) provided a bit more information about the routine (sets/reps etc) and your goal. Also keep in mind that whatever your goal is will be primarily achieved through diet rather than training.

I wouldn't necessarily say its too much arm work as you have it, but if you've been doing your posted routine for some time, now might be a good time to switch it up.

It is true that everyone is different and what may work for some wont work for others.... But as a general rule, if training arms directly 3 times a week, as well as having them trained indirectly during the same week, then what would you consider 'overdoing it' in terms of his arm training? As i said, everyone is different, but i cant see where his arms have a chance to repair and grow before they get broken down again using this routine.

    More is not always better.

I grow better from arms once a week than twice, remember if you do chest and back you still work arms as secondary muscle parts.
